How CEMENTHUB works

The customer journey as it works on CEMENTHUB today.

   Discover products

   Browse the cement products available through CEMENTHUB by brand, category, strength class and packaging. Each product shows its current price per unit with tax included; delivery is added in a quotation.

   Sign in to your customer account

   Quotations are requested from a CEMENTHUB customer account. Online self-registration is not available; if you already have an account, sign in with Login.

   Request a quotation

   Choose a product, the quantity and your delivery location. CEMENTHUB calculates the quotation from current factory pricing, applicable tax and a delivery charge based on the distance from the nearest eligible factory.

4. 4

   Review your quotation

   See the product, tax and delivery breakdown and the date the quotation is valid until. If it expires or pricing changes, you can request a fresh quotation and see its revisions.

5. 5

   Start checkout

   For an eligible quotation, starting checkout re-validates pricing and stock and records a payment attempt for the quotation total. Online payment is not yet available, so no payment is taken in CEMENTHUB.

6. 6

   Fulfilment and delivery

   Order, delivery, invoice and refund tracking are not yet available in the customer account.
